Hello!

My name is Celeste Francesca Peonio and I am a final year textile design student at Nottingham Trent university, specialising in knitted textiles. Throughout my academic life I have always focused on physical subjects from sport to product design, then finally finding my passion in fashion led textile design.

I enjoy working with fabrics, colours, intricate details, finishes, and moodboards; utilising my editing and CAD skills where possible. Although my specialism lies within knitted, constructed textiles, I also practice embroidery, embellishment and various other techniques throughout my projects as I tend to work very cross-disaplinary.

My work is very fashion-led, I have always had a strong love for all things designer and hand crafted to perfection. My main focus tends to be designing for womenswear. Although in the past I have been fortunate enough to experiment with other elements to design like interiors or menswear's during my placement at NEXT design team, but primarily, my interests and strengths are focused on womenswear.
